26 May 2017 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-

Further to the announcement by the Company on 18 May 2017 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("Shares") from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as follows:

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume):                          548,019

Lowest price per share:                                                               1604.0000

Highest price per share:                                                              1640.0000

Weighted average price:                                                              1632.3322

The Shares purchased will be cancelled.  

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website(www.experianplc.com) on a weekly basis.
