Director Shareholdings

19 May 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by directors of the Company.

Co-Investment Plan and Performance Share Plan

On 18 May 2015, awards over ordinary shares which were granted to certain directors in May 2012 under the Experian North America Co-Investment Plan and the Experian Performance Share Plan vested in part (and lapsed as to the balance). On 18 May 2015, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange as follows, at a price of 1,225.4508 pence per share:
