Total Voting Rights

31 July 2013 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market, in conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, of the following:  

As of 31 July 2013, the Company's capital consists of 1,030,181,289 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each with voting rights and 20 deferred shares of 10 US cents each which have no voting rights. Experian plc holds 24,303,475 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Experian plc is 1,005,877,814.

The figure of 1,005,877,814may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
