15 August 2016 - Further to its announcement of 19 April 2016, Experian, the global information services company, is pleased to announce that all conditions relating to the acquisition of CSIdentity Corporation from InvestCorp Technology Partners, including Hart-Scott-Rodino regulatory approval, have been satisfied. The purchase consideration has been paid and the transaction has completed.
