Director/PDMR Shareholding

10 June 2019 - Experian plc (the "Company"), the global information services company, hereby notifies the market of the following attached individual notifications, relating to the acquisition and sale of shares following the vesting of Experian Co-Investment Plan and Experian Performance Share Plan awards made in 2016 to (1) Brian Cassin, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, (2) Lloyd Pitchford, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and (3) Kerry Williams, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and the subsequent sale of certain of those shares (including to cover tax and social security).

Following the acquisitions and sales outlined in the individual notifications, Mr Cassin, Mr Pitchford and Mr Williams have retained interests in Experian plc ordinary shares of 550,308, 270,568 and 124,627 respectively.

The notifications were made under article 19.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'). This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR.
