17 June 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

The Experian UK Tax-Qualified Sharesave Plan

In accordance with the terms of The Experian UK Tax-Qualified Sharesave Plan, the Company granted Options over its ordinary shares on 17 June 2016 to Lloyd Pitchford, Chief Financial Officer, by reference to a price of 1,020 pence per share.
