13 June 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 9 June 2016, Luiz Fernando Vendramini Fleury, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,000 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to one ordinary share of 10 US cents) in the Company, in the USA at a price of $18.8785 each.

The notification to the Company, received on 13 June 2016, was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. This notification is made in compliance with DTR 3.1.4R.
