Director/PDMR Shareholding

26 January 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

On 25 January 2016, an award over ordinary shares which was granted to Brian Cassin, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in May 2012 under Experian's Recruitment & Retention Plan vested. On 26 January 2016, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange as follows:
