23 December 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 21 December 2015, Fabiola Arredondo, a non-executive director of the Company, made an off-market gift of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents in the Company to a charitable gift fund, for nil consideration.

The notification to the Company on 22 December 2015 was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
