19 May 2014 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 16 May 2014, Jan Babiak, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 1,042.9085 pence per share.
