4 May 2016 ─ Experian, the global information services company, announces that Judith Sprieser, a Non-Executive Director of Experian plc (the "Company"), has notified the Company of her intention to step down as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Company in July 2016, following the conclusion of her second three-year term as a Non-Executive Director.

Don Robert, Chairman of Experian, said:  

"Judy has been an integral part of the Board since joining in 2010, and the Board would like to thank her for the valuable contributions and insights provided during her tenure. It has been a pleasure to work with Judy, and her guidance and advice have greatly benefited the Board. We wish Judy the very best and every success with future endeavours."
