New Chief Financial Officer and new independent Non-Executive Director

2 May 2014- On 29 April 2014, Experian, the global information services company, announced the appointment of Lloyd Pitchford as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director of Experian plc and the appointment of Jan Babiak as a new independent Non-Executive Director of Experian plc.
