Purchase of own shares

PRESS RELEASE

EXMAR NV confirms in accordance with article 207§2 of the Royal Decree of 30th January 2001, modified by the Royal Decree of 26th April 2009, that in the framework of the mandate to acquire own shares granted to the board of directors by decision of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on 20th May 2014, on 30th January 2015 300.000 EXMAR shares were purchased at an average price of 7.84 EUR per share.

Inkoop eigen aandelen

EXMAR NV meldt conform artikel 207§2 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 30 januari 2001, gewijzigd door het Koninklijk Besluit van 26 april 2009, dat zij overeenkomstig de machtiging tot inkoop van eigen aandelen verleend door de buitengewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders de dato 20 mei 2014, op 30 januari 2015, 300.000 aandelen EXMAR heeft aangekocht aan een gemiddelde prijs van 7,84 EUR per aandeel.
