EXMAR ORDERS 4 SUEZMAX TANKERS

Exmar NV ("Exmar") is pleased to announce that it has placed an order for 4 newbuild Suezmax tankers, with an option to order 4 more. The vessels will be built by Daehan Shipbuilding Co. Ltd., at their Mokpo shipyard, in South-Korea. The vessels will have a deadweight of 157,200 ton, capable of transporting about 1 million of barrels of oil and fitted with a scrubber. The order is placed in view of the strong prospects for the Suezmax market. The first vessel will be delivered in Q3 2027.

Exmar NV ("Exmar") is verheugd aan te kondigen dat het een bestelling heeft geplaatst voor 4 nieuwbouw Suezmax-tankers, met de optie om er nog 4 te bestellen. De schepen zullen worden gebouwd door Daehan Shipbuilding Co. Ltd., in hun Mokpo scheepswerf, in Zuid-Korea. De schepen zullen een laadvermogen hebben van 157.200 ton, ongeveer 1 miljoen vaten olie, en uitgerust met een scrubber. De bestelling is geplaatst met het oog op de positieve vooruitzichten voor de Suezmax-markt. Het eerste schip wordt in Q3 2027 opgeleverd.
