Mr. A.run Mittal (DIN: 00412767), the Managing Director & CEO ("MD & CEO") ofEESL has tendered his resignation from his position of MD & CEO ofEESL on account of personal reasons and he will be relieved from all his duties with effect from 31 st October 2024 after closing of the business hours. Subsequent to his resignation, he will also cease to be director of the Company under provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
Mr. Mandar V Deo (DIN: 08172709), Joint Managing Director of EESL is elevated and November 2024.
