Please note the following matters were considered and approved at the Board Meeting held today i.e 29th July 2022.
1. Appointment of Mr. Sridhar Gorthi as an Independent Director- Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("NRC"), Mr. Sridhar Gorthi (DIN : 00035824) has been appointed as an Additional Director w.e.f. 29[th ] July 2022 to hold such office up to the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Subject to the approval of the Shareholders, Mr. Gorthi is also appointed as Non-Executive & Independent Director for a term of 5 (five) years commencing from 29[th ] July 2022 upto 28[th ] July 2027

Mr. Sridhar Gorthi holds a bachelor's degree in law[fr] om the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. He is a partner at Trilegal.
