Sub: Information under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Corrigendum to the Outcome of Board meeting held on 29[th] April 2021
This is in connection to our earlier letter no. EIL/SEC/2021-22/11 dated 29[th] April 2021 about “Outcome of Board meeting held on 29th April 2021”, approving the appointment of Mr. Avik Kumar Roy (DIN: 08456036) as Additional Director w.e.f 1[st] May 2021 to hold such office up to the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company at point no. 4.
With reference to above captioned subject we wish to state that due to typographical error under para 3 of point 4, the name of the university was written as Jabalpur University, Kolkata instead of Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Therefore the said lines would be read as:
“Mr. Avik Roy holds a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and has completed his EMBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila.”
All other particulars and details remain unchanged. The corrigendum shall be read with the Outcome of Board meeting held on 29th April 2021.
