Notes:

1. Samunnati Financial Intermediation & Services Private Limited ('the Company') is a Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) incorporated on June 23, 2014 and has its registered office at No: 129-B, 8th Floor, Baid Hi Tech Park, ECR, Thiruvanmaiyur, Chennai - 600113. The Company has received Certificate of Registration dated February 25, 2016 from The Reserve Bank of India to carry on the business of Non-Banking Financial Institution without accepting deposits. The Company is classified as Non-deposit taking systemically important NBFCs (NBFCs-NDSI).

2. The financial results for the year ended March 31, 2022 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 26, 2022 and audited by the Statutory Auditors.

3. Debenture Redemption Reserve is not required in respect of privately placed debentures in terms of Rule 18(7)(b)(ii) of Companies ( Share Capital & Debenture Rules, 2014).

4. Debt Service Coverage ratio & Interest service coverage ratio is not applicable for NBFC and accordingly no disclosure has been made. 5. Previous year's figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary, to conform with the current period presentation.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS (Sub: For transfer of Equity shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act'), the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 read with the relevant circulars and amendments thereto {'IEPF Rules'), the final dividend declared for FY 2014-15 which remained unclaimed for a period of seven years will be credited to Investor Education and Protection Fund {IEPF) within 30 days from the due date i.e. 6th September, 2022. The corresponding shares on which dividends were unclaimed for seven consecutive years will also be transferred as per the procedure set out in the IEPF Rules.

The Company has already sent separate notices to the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority in accordance with the IEPF Rules requesting them to encash the unclaimed dividend on or before 16th August 2022. The details of such shareholders including their Folio number/DP & Client Id and number of shares due for transfer are also available under the Investors Section of the Company's website https://www.exideindustries.com/investors/unclaimeddividends.aspx.

In this connection, please note the following:

• a) In case you hold shares in physical form: Duplicate share certificate(s) will be issued and transferred to IEPF. The original share certificate(s) registered in your name(s) and held by you, will stand automatically cancelled.
• b) In case you hold shares in electronic form: Your demat account will be debited for the shares liable for transfer to the IEPF.

In the event valid claim is not received from you on or before 16th August 2022, the Company will proceed to transfer the Equity shares to IEPF without any further notice. Please note that the concerned shareholder can claim both the unclaimed dividend and shares from IEPF Authority by making an online application in prescribed e-Fonm IEPF-5 available at http://www.iepf.gov.in/lEPF/ corporates.html and sending the physical copy of the same, duly signed (as per specimen signature recorded with the Company) along with the required documents enumerated in e-form IEPF 5, to the Nodal Officer of the Company, as prescribed under IEPF Rules. Please note that no claim shall lie against the Company in respect of shares/unclaimed dividend transferred to IEPF pursuant to the IEPF rules.

অর মন্ত্রক। এ ্থ েন ওয়াংয়েয়ে রয়েছেন মুম্বইয়ের রিরেক্টর অি রেভিনিউ ইন্টেরিজেন্স দপ্তরে। মাদক–মামিায় আরিয়ান–সহ অন্যদের গ্রেপ্তারির সময় সমীর ওয়াংয়েয়ে ছিলেন এএনসিবি–র মুম্বই জোনাি অরিসের রিরেক্টর। রিনিই িল্লাশি চারিয়ে ওই দিন আরিয়ান–সহ িাকিদের গ্রেপ্তার করেন। মামিার তদন্তের দায়িত্বেও ছিলেন রিনি। গি বছর ২৮ নভেম্বর আরিয়ানকে জামিনে মুক্তি দেয় বম্বে হাইকোর। ্ট িেনই আদািি জানিয়েছিল, আরিয়ানের জামিন োরিজের রিরোধিিায় এনসিবি–র যুক্তি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। এ ধরনের গুরুতর অভিযোগে শুিুমাত্র হোয়াট্সঅ্যাপ মেসেজের ওপর নির্ভর করা যায় না। এর আগেই ৬ নভেম্বর এই মামিার তদন্তের দায়িত্ব থেকে ওয়াংয়েয়েকে সরিয়ে দেয় এনসিবি। এিং তদন্তের দািয়ত্ব দেওয়া হয় দিল্লির স্পেশ্যাল ইনভেস্টিগেশন টিমের হাতে। এদিন এনসিবি–র পক্ষ থেকে মুম্বইয়ের আদালতে পেশ–করা চার্জশিট িিা হয়, যথেষ্ট প্রমাণের অভাবে আরিয়ান ও অন্য ৫ জনের নাম চার্জশিটে রাো হয়নি। এর পরেই এনসিপি নেতা নিাি মারিক রুইর করেন, 'এেন আরিয়ান এিং আরও ৫ জন ক্লিনচিটপেলেন। এেন কি সমীর ওয়াংয়েয়ে ও িঁার টিমের রিরুদ্ধে ি্যিস্থা নেবে এনসিবি? নাকি দোষীদের

আোি করা হবে?' এনসিপি নেতারা এদিন দারি করেন, অকারণে আরিয়ানকে হেনস্থা করার জন্য সমীর ওয়াংয়েয়েকেই জিাবদিহি করতে হবে। মহারাষ্ট্রের কংগ্রেস নেতাদের অভিযোগ, এই ঘরনা ছিল আরও িৃহত্তর ষেযন্ত্রের অংশ। আসি লক্ষ্য ছিল মহারাষ্ট্রের শিবসেনা–এনসিপি–কংগ্রেস জোট সরকারকে ক্ষমিাচ্যুত করা। সূত্রের খবর, এই মামিায় ওয়াংয়েয়ের রিরুদ্ধে পঁাচটি অভিযোগ রয়েছে। প্রমোদতরণীতে িল্লাশির সময় ভিডিওগ্রাফি করা হয়নি। আরিয়ান োনের ফোনের ডেটা রিশ্লেষণেও ঘাররি ছিল। িতের ৃা মাদক নিয়েছেন, এই অভিযোগ প্রমাণে কোনও মেডিক্যাল পরীক্ষা করা হয়নি। পরে মামিার এক সাক্ষী অভিযোগ করেন, িঁাকে সাদা কাগজে সই করতে িাি্য করা হয়েছিল। এিং এনসিবি–র িল্লাশির সময় রিনি ঘরনাস্থলে ছিলেন না। িা োো আরিয়ানের কায়ে মাদক না পাওয়া গেলেও, িতদ ৃের সিার রিরুদ্ধে একই অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়েছিল।
