EXEL COMPOSITES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 18.2.2011 at 11.05 1 (1) CORRECTION TO EXEL COMPOSITES PLC'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS RELEASE 2010 The dates mentioned in the financial statements release for 2010 disclosed today 18 February 2011 at 9 a.m. regarding the proposed record date for dividends and proposed date of dividend payment were incorrect. The correct record date for dividends is 11 April 2011 (not 12 April 2011) and the correct estimated dividend payment is 18 April 2011 (not 21 April 2011).
