Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform you that Mr. Subramaniam Ravi, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, of Excelsoft Technologies Limited (“the Company”), has tendered his resignation vide letter dated June 01, 2026, from office of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, with effect from close of business on August 31, 2026 (last working day), Owing to health reasons and the need to devote more time and attention to the well-being of his family.

The Management of the Company placed on record their appreciation for the valuable contribution provided by Mr. Subramaniam Ravi, during his association with the Company as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel.

The letter of resignation received from Mr. Subramaniam Ravi is enclosed herewith and the same is accepted and acknowledged.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who will also be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The Company will inform the Stock Exchanges of the appointment in due course.

I hereby resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Excelsoft Technologies Limited, with effect from 31 August 2026.

After careful consideration, I have decided to step down due to personal health reasons and the need to devote more time and attention to the well-being of my family. While I had originally planned to continue for a longer period, the current circumstances have led me to take an earlier retirement than anticipated. I confirm that there are no material reasons for my resignation other than those stated herein.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, the Board, and the entire Excelsoft team for the trust, support, and guidance extended to me throughout my 14 years of service with the organization. It has been a privilege and an enriching experience to contribute to the growth and success of Excelsoft, and I will always cherish the professional relationships and memories built during my tenure.

I remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition of my responsibilities during the notice period and will extend my full cooperation in this regard.

I hereby consent to the use of this letter for the purpose of making disclosures under the SEBI LODR regulations, 2015, and for filing relevant forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs or to any other authority as may be required.
