Notice of General Meeting

Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX:ECL) (‘Company’) wishes to advise shareholders that a General Meeting (GM) requested under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) by Requisitioning Shareholders in a Requisition Notice received by the Company on 13 June 2024, will be held on Friday, 9 August 2024 at 11am (Sydney time).

Venue for General Meeting:

‘The Auditorium’ Dexus Place Level 15 1 Farrer Place Sydney, NSW, 2000.

A copy of the following documents are released to the ASX today and are also available on the Company’s web page at http://www.excelsiorcapital.com.au/ .

• Notice of General Meeting; and

• Proxy Form

At the request of Requisitioning Shareholders, who represent just over 5% of the Company’s shareholders, the General Meeting will consider proposed resolutions tabled by the Requisitioning Shareholders to remove and replace certain Directors of the Company.
