The calculation of the NTA backing per share (after tax) for the Investment Portfolio is an estimate based on Excelsior Capital Limited, unaudited Financial Reports as at 30 April 2023.

The calculation of the NTA backing per share (after tax) for the Electrical Division is based on the Excelsior Capital Limited Half-Year final audited Financial Reports for the period ended 31 December 2022 which has been adjusted for the interim dividend of $869,834 paid on 24 March 2023 together with $3.1 million deposit transferred to the Investment Portfolio.
