The calculation of the NTA backing per share (after tax) for the Investment Portfolio is an estimate based on Excelsior Capital Limited, unaudited Financial Reports as at 30 June 2023. Final audited results are expected to be released in August 2023.

The calculation of the NTA backing per share (after tax) for the Electrical Division is based on the Excelsior Capital Limited Half-Year final audited Financial Reports for the period ended 31 December 2022 which has been adjusted for the interim dividend of $869,834 paid on 24 March 2023 together with a total of $3.8 million transferred to the Investment Portfolio made up of $3.1 million transferred in February 2023 and a further $700,000 transferred in June 2023.
