31 August 2017 FY2017 FULL YEAR RESULTS

CMI Limited announced a net profit after tax of $2.8 million for the full-year ended 30 June 2017.

Key parameters of the results are:

• Revenue increased by 8.5% (or $3.5 million) from 2016 to $44.3 million.

• The result was impacted by several one-off costs associated with redundancies, relisting as an investment entity and the carrying value of the Flameproof business.

The Board has declared a final fully franked 3 cent dividend with a record date of 6 September 2017 and payable on 20 September 2017.

The Board also would like to advise that Ms Leanne Catelan will become an Executive Director of CMI. There will be no increase in remuneration.
