CMI Limited – Converting Preference Class A Shares

FINAL REMOVAL OF EXPIRED CLASS FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The Converting Preference Class A Shares (the “Class A Shares”) of CMI Limited (the “Company”) will be removed from quotation at the close of business today, Wednesday, 13 June 2012, following resolutions passed to cancel all Class A Shares for consideration of $0.95 for each Class A Share held.

The Company’s fully paid ordinary shares (ASX Code: CMI) are not affected by this removal
