Cancellation of Class A Shares
CMI is pleased to advise that following approval at the general and special meetings of shareholders held on 14 May 2012, 14 days have passed since the lodgement with ASIC of the resolutions approving the reduction of CMI's share capital by the cancellation of all Class A shares in consideration for the payment of $0.95 for each Class A Share cancelled.
The remaining key dates for the share cancellation and return of capital are as follows:
