Continuous Disclosure – ASX Listing Rule 3.1 CMI Limited Investment ‐ Update

Trojan Equity Limited ( TJN ) wishes to advise that it has participated in a Requisition of General Meeting to Wind Up CMI Limited ( CMI or the Company ). The Requisition was delivered to CMI today.

The Requisitionists, being members of CMI holding at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a general meeting of the Company, have requested that the directors of CMI call and arrange to hold a general meeting of the Company to consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a special resolution:

“That pursuant to Sections 491 and 495 of the Corporations Act, CMI Limited be voluntarily wound up and that John Richard Park and Robert William Hutson of KordaMentha (Qld), having consented to act, are hereby appointed liquidators of CMI Limited.”

Apart from cash, CMI Limited is TJN’s largest remaining investment. The successful passing of the above resolution could have a material positive impact on the value of TJN’s investment in CMI.
