Director & Company Secretary Changes
Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX: ECL) today announced Mr Oliver Schweizer has been appointed to the Board as Non-executive Director as a replacement for Mr Michael Copeland. The Company also advises that Mr Dion Cohen has been appointed as Company Secretary.
The board thanks Michael Copeland for his service and wishes him well on his relocation interstate.
