Company Secretary Change
Excelsior Capital Limited (“ ECL” or the “ Company ”) today announces in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Brent Hofman ceases to be Company Secretary of ECL.
Mr Oliver Schweizer is replacing Mr Hofman in the role of Company Secretary of ECL. Mr Schweizer joined the Board in January 2020 as non-executive director. Mr Schweizer has over 20 years’ experience in corporate advisory and has held senior positions at a number of large advisory and investment firms.
Mr Schweizer has been Company Secretary and/or Director for ASX listed and private companies in a range of industries.
The ECL Board thanks Mr Hofman for his work as Company Secretary / Financial Officer.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company wishes to confirm that Mr Schweizer is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
The changes are effective immediately.
