Director Changes
Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX: ECL), today announced Mr Michael Copeland has been appointed to the Board as interim Finance Director as a replacement for Mr Craig Green.
The Company will appoint a further independent director and will update the market once this occurs.
Mr Glennon thanked Craig Green for his service on the Board and in particular recognised his contribution to the relisting of the company as a Listed Investment Entity.
