Director Changes
Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX: ECL), today announced Mr Danny Herceg has been appointed to the Board as Non-executive Chairman as a replacement for Mr Michael Glennon.
Mr Glennon’s engagement with Excelsior Capital will now primarily focus on managing the investment mandate and portfolio performance.
Ms Catelan thanked Mr Glennon for his service and contribution to the Board.
