DIRECTOR CHANGES

CMI Limited (ASX: CMI), today announced Mr Michael Glennon, has been appointed to the role of Executive Chairman following the successful restructure of CMI into a listed investment entity. As part of the restructure and change in focus Mr Steve Miotti has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director.

CMI Director, Ms Leanne Catelan commented, “The appointment of Mr Glennon as Executive Chairman will deliver a positive input into the management of the CMI corporate structure. It will enable us to develop a comprehensive vision for Excelsior Asset Management and also the strategy to take CMI forward and deliver value to the company’s shareholders”.

Mr Glennon will be paid fixed cash remuneration of $145,000 base salary plus superannuation at the statutory rate.

The Board has also engaged a recruitment firm to manage the appointment of the company COO/CFO. The appointments will also complement the relocation of the corporate office to Sydney.

Ms Catelan thanked Mr Miotti for his service on the CMI board and in particular recognised his contribution to the relisting of the company.
