Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

CMI Limited (ASX:CMI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Dion Cohen as its new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Mr Cohen is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in corporate finance & private equity within the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Africa and Australia. His experience ranges from mergers and acquisition structuring, to capital raisings and management of listed Resource companies. Mr Cohen held the position of Chief Financial Officer of International Ferro Metals Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange and has held numerous board positions in both ASX listed and unlisted companies.

CMI’s Executive Chairman Michael Glennon said: “We are delighted to have secured the talents and diverse skills that Dion offers. His range of corporate experience, his familiarity with the Mining industry, being a main sector of the Group, as his strong financial and risk management skills will further enable CMI to evaluate investment opportunities to create value for its shareholders.”

Mr Cohen will replace Anna Sandham who has resigned as Company Secretary of CMI. “On behalf of the Board and Company, I would like to thank Anna for her dedicated service to CMI over the past year.” Mr Glennon said.
