Appointment of General Manager and Resignation of Company Secretary
CMI Limited (ASX:CMI) announces the appointment of Mr James (Jim) Johnson as General Manager - Electrical, effective 18 January 2017, as a replacement for Mr Jeff Heslington. Mr Heslington is in discussions with the Board of Directors regarding his role with CMI Limited moving forward.
Jim has worked in the electrical industry for the last two decades, predominantly in General Manager roles and has broad experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution.
In addition, CMI Limited announces the resignation of Sharyn Williams from the role of Company Secretary, effective 15 December 2016. The Company will announce a replacement Company Secretary in due course.
CMI thanks both Ms Williams and Mr Heslington for their significant contribution to the Group.
