APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER / CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE
Further to the announcement made on 17 November 2016, CMI Limited (ASX:CMI) announces the appointment of Anna Sandham as Company Secretary, effective 15 December 2016.
CMI Limited also advises that Mark Langan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective 15 December 2016.
CMI also announces that the Registered Office of the Company is re-locating to Sydney.
