BOARD CHANGES
CMI Limited announces the following Board changes.
The Chairman, Mr Colin Ryan, has now been sentenced in the proceedings under section 58 of the New Zealand Securities Act referred to in the Company’s announcement on 18 February 2013. He has stepped down from the Board and from his executive role as required by the New Zealand court, and to comply with Australian corporations law.
In the interim, Mr Danny Herceg will assume the Chairmanship of the Board. The Company’s CFO, Ms Sharyn Williams, has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director. The Company will appoint a further independent director and will update the market once this occurs.
The senior executive team will continue to manage the business of the Company, under the guidance of the Board.
