Appointment of independent director

The Board of CMI has for some time been considering its structure. As a result, CMI is pleased to announce that Stephen Lonie has accepted an invitation to join the Board as an independent non-executive Director effective 3[rd] December 2012.

Mr Lonie is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is currently a Director of listed corporations, MyState Limited, an approved deposit taking institution, and Corporate Travel Management Ltd, a specialist corporate travel services provider. He is also Chairman of Jellinbah Resources Pty Ltd, a major privately owned Queensland metallurgical coal producer and a former Chairman of CS Energy Ltd, a major Queensland electricity generator.

Mr Lonie brings a range of relevant professional and business experience.
