Settlement of sale of engineering business and change of address and company secretary

Sale of engineering business

The sale of CMI’s engineering division (other than TJM) to CMI Industrial Pty Ltd, which was approved by shareholders on 31 March 2008, settled today.

Change of address and company secretary

On 16 April 2008, CMI Limited changed its registered office to TJM premises at 150 Robinson Road East, Geebung.

Company secretary Mark Laidlaw resigned today and Sharyn Williams has been appointed CMI’s company secretary today. Sharyn Williams has worked with CMI Limited since July 2007.
