Appointment of new Auditor
Excelsior Capital Limited (‘Excelsior’ or ‘the Company’) has appointed Hall Chadwick as the company auditor for the half and full-year statutory accounts.
This appointment follows the outcome of an audit tender process undertaken by the Directors. In accordance with this process and s395(5) of the Corporations Act 2001, the Company has received the resignation of Ernst & Young and Australian Securities and Investment Commission consent to resignation.
In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the appointment of Hall Chadwick as auditors of the Company and its controlled entities will be tabled at the 2020 Annual General Meeting for ratification.
