Notice of 2021Annual General Meeting

On behalf of the Board, Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX:ECL) (Company) wishes to advise shareholders that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 at 11am (Sydney time) as a virtual meeting. A copy of the following documents are released to the ASX today and are also available on the Company’s web page at http://www.cmilimited.com.au/ .

• Proxy Form; and

• Online Meeting Guide

Participating in the AGM online

Having regard to the uncertainty created by the ongoing COVID-19 situation, and in the interests of the health and safety of our shareholders and staff, the Board has decided that shareholders will be able to participate in our 2021 AGM online at https://meetings.linkgroup.com/ECLAGM2103. Shareholders will not be able to attend the 2021 AGM physically, but will instead be able to view and participate in the meeting online in real time.

To attend and participate at the AGM, you will need to log in to the following link at https://meetings.linkgroup.com/ECLAGM2103 which is an online platform managed by our share registry, Link Market Services. Shareholders and proxyholders will be able to participate in the meeting including voting and asking questions online in real time. Shareholders will also be able to ask questions by telephone.

Further information on how to participate is set out in the Notice of Meeting and the Virtual Meeting Online Guide. The Virtual Meeting Online Guide has been lodged with the ASX and posted on the Company’s website.

ECL encourages all shareholders to vote and ask questions in advance of the meeting via www.linkmarketservices.com.au.

Registration will be opened from 10.30 am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.
