Date of 2017 AGM
The 2017 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 25 October 2017 at 10:00am (Sydney time) in Sydney.
Date of Spill Meeting (provisional upon passing of spill resolution)
Subject to passing of the “spill resolution” at the 2017 AGM, the date of the Spill Meeting pursuant to that resolution is Wednesday 25 October 2017 and will be held immediately after the conclusion of the AGM.
