Pursuant to the provisions of Reg u lation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and D isclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, n otice is hereby given that a Meeting of Board o f Directors of the Company will be held on F r iday, 06[th] November, 2020, through audio-vis u al means, inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Compa n y for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] Se p tember, 2020.

In continuation of our letter dated 30[th] September, 2020, for closure of trading w indow for the aforesaid purpose, the Tradi n g Window for trading in Company’s sec u rities will continue to remain closed till 08[t] [h] November, 2020 pursuant to the Company’ s "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider T rading.”

The Trading Window shall re-ope n on 09[th] November, 2020. Accordingly, all co n cerned to whom the above said code is appli c able are advised not to trade in the Company’ s securities during the period of closure of the T rading Window.

The Trading window will however be open for general investors.
