EXACT Therapeutics AS ("EXACT-Tx') held its Annual General Meeting on June 1st 2021 at 1300hrs CET. According to the record included as Appendix 1, 16,257,225 shares of a total of 29,967,750 issued shares and votes, corresponding to 54.25% of the total number of voting shares in the Company, were represented at the general meeting.
