Nomination Committee Appointed Ahead of Ework Group AB's Annual General Meeting 2026

The members of the Nomination Committee for Ework Group AB's Annual General Meeting 2026 have been appointed in accordance with the current instructions for the Nomination Committee and consist of:

• Magnus Berglind, Chairman, with own holding and holding via endowment policy
• Staffan Salén, appointed by Investment AB Arawak
• Katarina Salén, appointed by Polhavet AB
