F1: On December 11, 2019, the reporting person exchanged assets of equal value for 66,785 Class A Common Shares, which were valued based on the average of the high and low market price of the Class A Common Shares on such date, with a grantor-retained annuity trust ("GRAT") of which the reporting person is trustee. As a result, these Class A Common Shares are again directly owned by the reporting person.

F2: On December 11, 2019, the reporting person exchanged assets of equal value for 118,921 Common Voting Shares, which were valued based on the average of the high and low market price of the Class A Common Shares on such date, with a GRAT of which the reporting person is trustee. As a result, these Common Voting Shares are again directly owned by the reporting person.

F3: 96,412 of these shares were previously reported as indirectly beneficially owned through a GRAT of which the reporting person is trustee, but such shares were delivered back to the reporting person on May 16, 2019 in satisfaction of the GRAT's annuity obligations. As a result, these Common Voting Shares are again directly owned by the reporting person.
