EVS BROADCAST EQUIPMENT: UPDATE OF THE BELINVEST OWNERSHIP STATEMENT
LIEGE, Belgium, November 3, 2011 - Pursuant to the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 relating to the publication of major shareholdings, EVS Broadcast Equipment announces that it has recently received the following notification from Belinvest SA (controlled by Pierre L'Hoest, former CEO of the company).
The notification indicates that the Belinvest holding has fallen below the 3% minimum threshold on October 28, 2011. Belinvest now owns 408,000 shares of EVS Broadcast Equipment, or 2.99%.
