The Company is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mark Jackson as an executive director of the Company.

Mark Jackson, aged 53

Mark Jackson has been a chartered accountant for over 20 years, and now runs his own audit and accountancy practice in Hull, advising clients on business and taxation issues.

The directors will continue to keep costs to a minimum, as in the past, whilst intending to explore various prospects and opportunities which they believe have the potential to maximise shareholder value.
