In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and Article 15 of Transparency Directive, EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") hereby notify the market of the following:
As at 31 May 2017, EVRAZ's share capital consists of 1,506,527,294 ordinary shares of which 74,473,951 ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in EVRAZ plc is therefore 1,432,053,343 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, EVRAZ shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
