Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we hereby notify the market of the following:

As at 29th June 2015, Evraz plc's capital consists of 1,506,527,294 ordinary shares with voting rights, and a further 98,383,582 ordinary shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Evraz plc is therefore 1,408,143,712 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Evraz plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
