Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons

EVRAZ was notified on 22 April 2015 by Mr Alexander Kuznetsov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, that pursuant to EVRAZ's tender offer to its shareholders to tender up to a maximum of 8.03 per cent of their shareholding he successfully tendered 18,430 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares at the tender price of $3.10 per share. As a result, on 20 April 2015 Mr Kuznetsov's shareholding decreased to 211,102 EVRAZ's ordinary shares.

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
